I devote a lot of energy to the search for the most unique and inspiring music, and curate my playlists with an intention to help guide you on the journey outside of and back to yourself.

NEON, NEON

After several requests, here’s your beloved NEON RIDE playlist from today! Inspired by what neon would sound like, because for me, my senses are jumbled. I hear something and it looks like something or it feels like something. I smell something and it smells like the taste of something else. We all have access to this kind of experience. Close your eyes and see where the music takes you! What do you feel? What do you see? If you really loved the opener from the noon class, it is the last song in the playlist. I swapped it out for 4:45

LIVESTREAM 10/12

I loved this playlist a whole lot. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. If you haven’t taken a RIDE LIVE class yet, but have a stationary bike at home… what are you doing with your life? Sound on point, quality on point, and obviously instructor on point! Reach out and I’ll add your first free RIDE into your account, and I’ll even tell you how to hack your peloton screen!

WHEN NEW MUSIC FRIDAY BECOMES A CASE OF THE MONDAYS

Okay so that new music friday thing clearly didn’t catch on yet. Here’s the playlist from Sunday to get your week started proper to make up for it.

NEW MUSIC FRIDAY

I’m thinking of starting a new weekly routine of posting a playlist on Fridays. Since it’s already a thing, I might surf that wave so that people remember to also check in with me weekly. My music won’t always be NEW in the sense that it’s fresh in 2020, but I promise to deliver a few songs that you haven’t heard yet. Enjoy the weekend!

AFFIRMATION

af·firm·a·tion

/ˌafərˈmāSH(ə)n/

noun

  1. the action or process of affirming something or being affirmed.

  2. emotional support or encouragement.

FOR MOLLY

Molly started coming to my classes maybe 6 months before the pandemic hit. She was instant Woolfpack. Some people just understand the connection of it all. Many feel what I’m doing, but not very many are able to truly tap in. It’s those people that make me feel truly seen. I’m sad she will be moving to Alaska but sometimes we just need to take ourself to a New Sky.

END OF AUGUST

I found myself relatively uninspired (musically) for most of August. I’m starting to recognize how much my life has changed now that the kids are living with us part-time. I don’t get the same recharge that I used to, and that was really valuable for my creative juices. I’m certainly hard on myself, and I’m sure I still come across with the same magic that I have for most of my career, but it’s easy for me to be self-critical. I feel best when I have an overflowing amount of musical inspiration. The world has changed, however, and maybe I’ve lost some of that spark. Only time will tell. I still have excellent music taste, though. Don’t worry.

HOUSE OF WOOLFPACK

This Populous song was such a treat to find. I wanted so badly to share it with an instructor who’d also feel connected to it, and then I realized that I’m the instructor who people would think of when hearing it! What a great thing, to recognize that you have your own unique style that nobody else can hold a candle to. I like the idea that my teaching style and music are timeless, and that I could use one of these playlists ten years from now and still feel fresh because it’s just a Woolfpack playlist. I’m going to cling onto that thought for a bit

AUGUST + EVERYTHING AFTER

Well, August came and went. It’s been 6 months since the pandemic hit and we’ve been in quarantine for a long ass time. I’m personally starting to really need some social interaction. I realized that without it, I’ve resorted back to my human doing tendencies. My SELF gets trapped in the many responsibilities that seemingly make up my identity to the outside world. I’m about ready for this to all be over so that I can be mySelf again. I’m sure that some of this feeling is leaking into my playlists. I look forward to listening later on and uncovering some of the hidden messages that are woven into them.

END OF JULY

I can’t believe how quickly time changed from March to July. In the blink of an eye, it went from Winter to Summer. I wonder if life will always go by this quickly from now on? All of a sudden, an entire year has passed me by. I’ll be thirty-six this year and I can remember so vividly a time where I would walk into a bar at an illegal drinking age and somehow convince the bartenders to serve me. I don’t drink anymore, thanks to the pandemic. I heard that Austin liquor sales were up 800% and quit immediately. End rant.

¡ F U N !

You ever just take life too fucking seriously? I do. I forget to nurture the part of me that loves to laugh and play, and then I wonder why I feel so miserable. Clearly, something is missing from my life. How do I remember to make time for play? I guess it comes back around in good time… I return back to my remembering. Enjoy this one, I did!

THE BIGGEST ALLEY OOP

The term "alley-oop" is derived from the French term allez hop!, the cry of a circus acrobat about to leap.

I MISSED YOU

I recorded this class with a couple of my closest riders and friends in the room. Two of them wore the same outfit and mirrored one another in the room. It felt connected and kismet, and I hope the playlist comes through and makes you feel the way that day made me feel.

SORRY IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO GET HERE

It’s been months and I haven’t dedicated the time to post a new playlist. Well, here are 5 new ones. Do you remember the ending scene of Never Been Kissed? Ugh, just thinking about that one makes me tear up. I am such a sap! Enjoy. Love, Woolfie

CARPE DIEM

Follow the jaguar into the depths of the dark green fog that is the jungle of your heart. Open up from whatever pain or loss you may be experiencing currently, or the remainders of the past… and find what’s beyond it. After all, life hands you what you’re capable of overcoming. Each time we endure hardship, we have a choice to remember that we carry the wisdom from the last mountain that we conquered. Your heart light will lead the way. Don’t shy away from all that you’ve been through, believe in all that you are, and remember that you have the knowledge in the depths of your soul.

CAN I LIVE

This playlist is from my first RIDE Live! If you missed it, don’t fret. You can jam this loud AF on your speakers and do whatever exercise to it that calls you. The thing about building a playlist that makes it a special process for me, is that my energy goes into it… There’s a story I’m trying to tell, and it’s embedded in the DNA of the final product. Listening to it can take you on a vibrational journey, if you let it!

NEW NEW

Swanky, sexy, and ready for play. This playlist is just asking to be immersed into. My suggestion is to light some palo santo and a candle, turn the lights down, and close your eyes when you can. I want you to get into your body and let the energy move around. Message me for my format suggestions.

UNDERWATER

It’s quite challenging to type out the choreography I’d do for a class but most of you have done these songs before and can most likely predict what I would do. If you’re working through something, personally, I encourage you to take the time to dive deep into the waters of your psyche and find air. By allowing yourself to go through something all the way, you discover completion. As a result, you are able to move forward to the next step. Don’t let the water drown you. Find your breath and remember to keep swimming. There is light peaking through the surface.

TRANSMUTE

Finally back on a bike. Last week was super intense, as I was dealing with an emotion I haven’t felt in a while: anger. I realized that I’ve been using the bike as a tool to transmute that emotion for the past 8 years, and not having that outlet was really hard for me to deal with. I feel much more balanced out after using my dialysis machine to purify that feeling. I’m recognizing this as an area for improvement. I’d like to find new ways to process my anger than just the bike.

Y O S // W K N D

I designed this playlist specially for Year of Ours to help get everybody through the weekend, riding on a high vibration. Don't feel pressured to "get anywhere" rather, let the music guide you to where your inner self wants to go. Take a walk and see where you end up. Start moving at whatever pace feels right to you and keep moving until you’re done moving. No agenda, no plans, no constraints. Let it flow and let whatever doesn’t serve you go.

Bonnie + Clyde

In the early 2000’s, I exclusively dressed like I was from the 60’s + 70’s. I only wore vintage clothing, and listened to music from that era. I also went so far as to only watch movies from that time. I was a walking, talking, living flashback. This playlist has a lot of the music I listened to then, and honors the part of me that wishes I lived in a different reality. Enjoy being transported to another time, at any time, by listening to this compilation of Woolf jams.

signs are life showing you it’s magic

This playlist is comprised of songs that my guides sent to me in the most unexpected of settings. Grocery store, diner, elevator, anywhere with a loud speaker. You know those moments when you’re out to dinner and all of a sudden you hear somebody’s conversation louder than anything in the room? There’s usually a message in the conversation. Or, a song comes into your head at random? Look up the lyrics and follow them like a path. Anything can be a sign if you take the time and open up the space for a deeper meaning.

REWIND 16

The summer of 2016 was my most transformational time to date. A high time of perceived anxiety left my lens open to scary interpretations. Lyrical content became literal, and I was almost lost in a sea of metaphor. Looking back on that summer in particular, I recognize my fear as the antagonist. The messages I was receiving were beautiful, but they were mutated and manipulated by my own doubt and judgment, leaving me feeling raw and vulnerable. This playlist has new meaning now. I hope it serves as a cocoon for you.

8 O 8

This spotify playlist was crafted during Friday morning’s reading. It resulted in me sharing my interpretation of an angel number that haunted me in 2013. Connect to the natural cycles of time by embracing your emotions and using them as a roadmap to healing any blocks in your DNA caused by trauma. By doing this, you open up the pathways to allow abundance into your life.

THE SHADOW AND THE SPIDER

This playlist was inspired by my live animal spirit and mayan oracle reading from 3/26. Start where you are today, by honoring how you feel and following the natural progression that your day has to offer. We can’t get from A to Z without going through all of the steps between. Take your time, and ask yourself what you need today before you start moving.

PRIMORDIAL ASSEMBLAGE

Loosen your moorings and move your body to this playlist inspired by the energy of a live mayan oracle reading from 3/25. Get into your primal state with intuitive dancing through the primordial ooze!

Before the wave crashed

This playlist was about pulling people into the present moment. It had been a while since I’d felt a connection to music and building a playlist, but I felt like I was getting my mojo back.

RIDE 7th Year Anniversary

RIDE Austin turned 7, so for the noon class I shared some woolfpack classics that get us pumped and in the mood. Clip in.

Church Service

Sunday church service is in order. Take your spirit on the meditative journey and move your body to the rhythm of the beat… I think Trinity built this one!

Hard Hitter

Who’s Trinity? That’s my alter ego. She was the influence for this playlist. Hit it hard.

Feeling Lucky

I hope you enjoy this playlist with some of my most vibey bangers!
